Philosophy

To have fun and play Golf Croquet in the open air of beautiful parkland. Members can play purely socially or can also play competitively in interclub matches (both league and friendlies) and in the club’s own competition.
LawnsThree half size.
Club Times

April to end of September on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1.30pm to up to 5pm. Dependent on the weather the season extends into October.
Location

Whitworth Park next to the Whitworth Centre at the junction of the Dale Road North (A6) and Station Road (B5057).
ParkingWhitworth Centre free car park off Dale Road North (A6).
MembershipCurrently 35 - ages from mid 50's to mid 80's.
CostThe 2017 annual subscription is 35 (20 from 1st August) and 4 per session for visitors.
Equipment
All equipment is provided for members and visitors although players are welcome to use their own mallet.
Groups
Social groups such as Rotary, Lions etc, are welcome to play (contact secretary to arrange).
CoachingIs available, with two members who are registered coaches
Socials

The club organises social events throughout the year including a New Year lunch, BBQ’s, events on the lawns and evening socials.
